For the thing you keep not doing

You will not have to bring it up again.

Tell it the one thing you keep putting off. Tomorrow at eight it comes back cut small, already started. It lives in WhatsApp, so there is nothing to open.

Two minutes. No card. AI, with a person where one is genuinely needed.

Tomorrow, 08:00 · example

  • Two things today.08:00
  • The dentist. Five minutes, at 9:00, before you open email. The message is written, you just send it.08:00
  • The reimbursement waits until Thursday, when their office opens. Nothing else needs you.08:01

None of it is hard. That is the part that makes it worse.

A thing you were going to do three weeks ago. Ten minutes, maybe fifteen. You have moved it to tomorrow enough times that tomorrow has stopped meaning anything.

The cost was never the ten minutes.

Why this works when planners don’t

Every planner assumes you will do what you said. This one assumes you will not.

So it does not remind you louder, and it does not ask you to try harder. When a task gets dodged twice, it gets smaller.

A note under a lamp. Twenty minutes, struck through. Five minutes, struck through. One sentence, at 8:40.The same task, dodged twice

It keeps cutting until the size stops being the reason. Then it does the first part for you, and tomorrow it comes back on its own.

Everything else you use is a list that waits for you.

Then Wednesday happens.

Something lands, and Monday’s plan is wrong. Redoing it is the last thing you have energy for, so it gets redone for you and you are told what moved.

  • The dentist is first.Monday 08:00
  • The insurer replied, so the reimbursement is first now. The dentist can wait a week. Two of Monday’s things moved: the parking ticket and the gym.Wednesday 08:00

Nothing is dropped. It is just no longer first.

Then it’s morning

What arrives, every day.

A phone on a wooden table in morning sunlight, showing the two things for today: the dentist at nine, and the reimbursement waiting until Thursday.Tomorrow, 08:00

It starts the conversation.

At eight, it goes first. The one thing you have proven you cannot do is the one thing it never asks of you.

The first move is already made.

The email is drafted, the form is half filled, the slot is found. What is left for you is small and reversible.

When the week blows up, the plan changes, not you.

The order gets redone and what moved is named. Nothing is lost, and nothing is your fault.

Nothing here can be failed.

No streaks, no scores. It never asks why you didn’t. A day that goes sideways just makes tomorrow smaller.

How it works

Four steps, then it runs itself.

01

Tell it the one thing.

One sentence. Not tidied up. However it is in your head is fine.

02

It comes back.

Cut to a size that survives tomorrow, with a time on it and a reason it is that size.

03

It stays in WhatsApp.

Nothing to install. It lives in your messages, between your mum and your boss.

04

Tomorrow at eight, it starts.

Without you asking. That is the part you cannot get anywhere else.

Questions, answered straight.

Nothing bad. You get told what is still safe, and tomorrow’s version is smaller. No catching up, no explaining. A day that went sideways is information about the size of the ask, not about you.

For the first conversation, you could. The difference starts on day three. A chat window waits for you to open it. This one does not wait, and in November it still knows what you said in August.

There is nothing to open. It lives in WhatsApp. An app you avoid becomes one more thing you are failing at, which is the opposite of the point.

That is the normal case, not the exception. Something lands, the order gets redone, and you are told what moved. You are never asked to catch up, and the week does not restart.

It is AI, with a person involved where something genuinely needs one. That is the whole answer.

No, and anything promising that is selling you something. It is a safety net, not a cure. What it does reliably is make sure nothing gets lost, and keep the next thing small enough to survive.

Start with the smallest one.

Not the big thing. The ten minute thing you have carried for a month. See what tomorrow looks like when it arrives already started.

Two minutes. No card.
